She can take but only medicines which are prescribed by doctor. She should not take any medication till it is not advised by Dr. So1st consult with Dr and you can start taking vitamin d tablets regularly it is very healthy to fulfil all the nutrition and proteins and body. And you should also maintain a proper diet
