Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. You can give dates and raisins. You can soak the raisins overnight and squeeze it in the morning and give two spoons of the juice. You can give dates in mashed or pureed form. Start with few spoons and see if it suits ur baby. One dates will be ideal to start with. You can then slowly and gradually increase upto 2 or 3 dates. Always follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods. But Nuts, Some babies tend to develop nut allergy when introduced to tree nuts like almonds, cashew, pistachios, walnut etc., So it's better to give nuts after the baby is one year old specially if there is a history of nut allergy in ur family.
