A. in case you are asymptomatic then you can continue as breastmilk contain lots of antibodies that build baby immunity and protects from all viral infections..in case you have symptoms. please wait for few days

A. Hello dear parent, it is recommended to totally isolate yourself if you are covid positive it will be better to feed your baby after 17 to 20 days of infection. As by doing this you are creating safety for your child and others.
