ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.
Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.
Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

It’s Not required to give any kind of calcium supplement to the child if you are exclusively breastfeeding the child for initial six months is not recommended at all and also you should only give item in D3 supplement to the child for initial one year apart from that no supplement is recommended to go for
