#asktheexpert but earlier our mothers used to give us cow milk.. we did not face any issues then why giving cow milk to babies is being restricted so much now?

A. Hi mommy It is because baby’s digestive system is still developing Give animal milk after one year Give adequate feeding BM or formula milk now Maintain hydration Stay hydrated healthy
