NikithaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom should ha e a healthy and healthy and nutritious food in the diet so the bm secretion will also be good and have fruits and vegetables and fruits and green leafy vegetables especially Fenugreek and sabakki which can help to increase the milk secretion and would be safe
