A. You haven’t given the time of your lactation so I’m just going to tell you that after 60 days completing you can have all kind of food that you want prior to that you should avoid having refined flour and heavy food like heavy grains and millets apart from that basic home-made foods all kind of fruits and vegetables would also be comfortable for you to eat
