Please consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better after examination and analysis as these seem to be some kind of allergy maybe mosquito bite or so wash clean dry the area properly and apply some coconut oil on the affected area wear loose cotton or linen clothes wash some neem leaves and boil them in water use this water to give the bath to the baby keep the baby clean hygienic hydrated
