A. dear mum, weight of 4.7 kg is a normal weight for your 3 months old baby considering a birth weight of 2.5 kg. your baby's weight gain has been normal. for healthy weight gain, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete..At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
