its better if you post your question again with attached picture of your child or visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

You may apply cataphil lotion over the affected area
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't over use clotehs and diapers
Keep her in conditioned environment.
Please consult your pediatrician if symptoms persist
