Handle ur baby with love and patience.
Do not be harsh with ur baby as this can worsen the situation. Explain about good and bad behaviour when the child is in good mood and ready to to listen and respond.
Appreciate for good things that he does in a day.
Give rewards when the behaviour is good like give stickers, hug, make something which is ur child favorite.
Try to distract when the child is getting aggressive. Do not scold at that time..
