See there is no specific food to be pregnant and the best timing to get pregnant is that you do have to check when you are ovulating because when you are ovulating that’s the right time for you to conceive because ovulation only leads to a pregnancy so after your last day of period 10 days after that you can check with an ovulation kit if it shows positive that you’re ovulating that that’s the time that you should try
