A. Dear mum, homemade foods are the best for your baby. Give a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.
