Ensure she is drinking enough water along with breast milk or formula. You can also give her a few teaspoons of warm water or diluted fruit juice. A gentle tummy massage and cycling exercises with her legs can help stimulate bowel movements. Avoid giving too many processed foods or rice, which may worsen constipation. If the issue persists for several days or she seems uncomfortable, consult a pediatrician for further guidance.
