A. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple bananav as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplementsv and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor

You Can you start with different iron supplements for the child as in natural for substitute which are going to help in increasing the iron level for your child also at the same time I’m going to advise you to start with iron supplements you can go ahead with giving good amount of spinach beetroot and broccoli to the child on an every day basis that’s the highest source of iron and pomegranate is also a very good source to go
