Hi It would completely depend on how extra is your child is eating in how many times your child is eating extend frequently seen mostly it is not a problem the only thing is when a child is going to eat extra your child can become obese if your child is going to eat extra you know unnecessary food always creates issue so it would completely depend like I said how many times your child eating and what is the extra quantity that your child is
