SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl2 years agoA. Hi, give five solid feed in a day. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses so that baby get all the nutrients. Try to avoid outside food. Give home-made fresh fruit juice and fresh food. Take your baby out for playing for about half an hour to 1 hour.
