To help the baby gain weight, it is important to include freshly prepared foods rich in fat and proteins like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice water, banana, avocado and 550-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and atleast 2 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
