Therefore, it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time. Include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 600-700 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors to make it interesting.
