A. hi it might happen because of weather change but let me know one thing ,if a child is showing any other discomfort along with it ? please offer feeds as per your child needs. but ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day and if you notice that your baby sleeps unusual then it is better to consult your pediatrician for once.
