This can happen due to several reasons: 1. **Overfeeding**: If the baby is fed more than their stomach can handle, they might vomit. 2. **Air Swallowing**: Babies can swallow air during feeding, which may cause them to vomit. 3. **Gastroesophageal Reflux (GER)**: Some infants have a weaker lower esophageal sphincter, leading to reflux. However, frequent and forceful vomiting can indicate a problem that needs attention. If your baby is vomiting large amounts, seems to be in pain, or isn't gaining weight, it's essential to consult with a pediatrician. They can evaluate whether there’s an underlying issue and provide appropriate guidance.
