Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is not burping for long time there is no need to worry This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry
