RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can put a drop or two of almond oil into the navel of the child that really helps a lot in hydrating the lips and on the lips you can regularly apply Boroline or Vaseline whatever you are more comfortable with you can applied every 4 to 6 hours for maintaining hydration in the lips
