it is usually normal for this age,if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine .
 if you have any more doubts, wait and watch then get clinical examination done once by the doctor available and get further guidance regarding this.You can use diapers for a long time of 6-8 hours but it should be of very good quality for example premium pampers, baby hug ,mothercare etc. but diaper free interval is important in such a case. it will be better to use a good cream like ezinapi cream before making the baby iwear a diaper or for rashes caused by long wearing of diaper. cotton diapers can also be used, it may help in reducing the diaper rash if any. If the diaper is full or if it is soiled it should be changed immediately which will help to prevent any kind of diaper rashes specially in summer season.diaper related hygiene is utmost important for preventing rashes and maintaining the baby skin health.

no it is ok .Rash is common in babies specially when there is any loose stool it  diaper is not changed at proper time . Diaper should be changed frequently when full . Use any diaper rash cream like  B4 nappy  before using diaper over the area always. Also should use a proper size diaper for the baby .
