#asktheexpert , baby ko khansi hoti h bich bich m , is it normal? bki playtime or feed normal h sb. . ..but i also read about cough common in babies ....bcoz of allergy or infection (like- dust vgra se bi daily home dusting hoti jo )

A. how to give indirect steam , in this summer ...thn aftrr steaming , we use fan or cooler or wait for few minutes

A. yes that's fine it is important to keep the child hydrated. anti cold medicines are not given without medical consultation what you can give now is nasal saline drops which is salt water and can be given again and again to decrease nasal blockage as well as cough and cold try to prevent temperature variations aroundt the child and keep the child well covered. can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. t
