Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated offer breastfeeding as per his or her needs give warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 4 hours. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
