ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician6 months agoA. This is absolutely normal. It is called as Gastro colic reflex which is normal till five year old. So nothing to worry. Do not give any medication unnecessarily. Continue a well balanced diet for your child.
