A. Give your kid whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, home made paneer, butter and cheese. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day. Give brown rice and ragi. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give peanut butter.
