A. Hello dear parent! Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. If loss of appetite continues then consult your child’s doctor for advice on vitamin deficiency.
