Hello mom When babies are totally on mothers milk, then they take feed for at least half an hour at a time and if they are taking that much feet, then their tummy is full, and then you have to keep your baby on your shoulder and provide a burp. It is assigned that your baby is full. There is no need to give anything else to your baby till six months.
