U can continue to breast feed ur baby till two years as long as u and ur baby are comfortable. If u want to stop breastfeeding then start with the cow milk or buffaflo milk.
Reduce one feed initially and replace it with outside milk.
Then two feeds and gradually all the feed.
Baby may resist for few days but will gradually leave the breast milk.
