#asktheexpert baby is now 16months. what shd be food schedule and what play or ame introduce for brain development.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. for Brain development ,give toys like building blocks, puzzles, stacking cups or rings ,push and pull toys , pretend play etc
I would suggest to buy Babyhug brand toys are they are specially designed for infants and toddlers.

as your child is 16 months old ,give 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.
your child meal should include green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, pulses, beans dairy products etc
