Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. check the weight of the baby regularly at least once in a month to know whether baby is gaining weight or not then you can consult a doctor for advice in this regard

What is the weight of ur baby??
If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
Add some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like ghee banana potatoes ragi avocado paneer daal ka pani etc for weight gain
