#asktheexpert baby is months old shez having loose motions since 1 week pluse vomiting..did stool routine reports there's viral infection what is the reason behind that??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. loose motion at this age is most commonly due to the fingers the child is placing in the mouth as well as due to dirty things with goes inside the oral cavity of the child so for which you can continue to give probiotics and wait for 3 days

Viral infection can actually be there due to change into season and also also viral bacterial infections are generally very common with kids in this age and if you’re looking for a specific specific reason then the doctor can tell you after getting a test done for the child
