A. Hello mom Redness in eyes can also be because of fever. If there is no discharge or baby is not having any sort of pain then you should not worry and just wait for sometime it will get cured by its own in next few days. Just try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. Happy parenting
