#AskTheExpert baby is having problem with doing stool.... stomach is bloated.... very hard and lumped stool and very infrequent...

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to constipation b. . Medicine like gylcerine suppository or any laxative should be avoided at this age . Water and fibres should be increased in kid's daily routine . In exclusive breast fed baby mother can increase her water intake it will also help in baby's hard stool .

Hi mom Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Burp well after every feeding Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Take a good care of your baby
