CE Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterialh infection which needs antibiotics treatment

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, it seems like an infection. Please consult your paediatrician and get Baby checked and follow the medicines. Also give more liquid and keep your baby well hydrated. Give light food. Avoid oily and spicy food.
