Q.
#asktheexpert baby is having little bumps on her face .why ? She don’t take feed from mother even after 1 month we give her lactogen

You need to hold the baby properly so that baby feels easy to latch the nipples and learns to take the feed properly.
If the baby is not comfortable in the position You are holding then they do not latch properly.
for bumps on face you just need to maintain properhydration and avoid using more of skin products and over clothing to the baby
