In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination ohyr assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can give basic paracetamol to the child as of now which is what is going to help because paracetamol you can repeat after every six hours for fever and fever is generally very common with kids during this time
