#AskTheExpert Baby is having bad constipation. what to give?

A. age of baby ?. Constipation can be avoided by taking high fibre diet and also my taking plenty of fluids . High fibre diet means green leafy vegetables seasonal fruits and also daliya suji etc . Avoid use of any medication daily basis for constipation .
