#asktheexpert Baby is coughing hard... dr given course is over.. macberry and wikoryl with macpod antibiotic was prescribed last Tuesday... coughing is more after waking up... cough and cold is reduced but not completely gone... 1.should I visit paediatrician again or wait... 2. Can I use nasomist 0.65% in nebulizer

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. alonguug with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.v steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
