#AskTheExpert baby is constantly constipated from the day we started solids, passes stool every 2 weeks or so other than that he is fine playful, but sometimes rejects food and only feeds on breastmilk. He also gags or vomits while eating food

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! During Constipation baby's reject feeding due to tummy full.
Initially after starting solids Constipation happens due to digestion problem.
But change this by including fibre foods, fluids,water in diet.
Fruits and vegetables, millets rich in fibre increase bowel movements and avoid Constipation.
Do Tummy massage daily apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with the help of the fingers.
