my 3 month old baby makes constipated faces while pooping he passes stool after 2 days.

Your child is constipated which is why your child is making constipated face only so that’s completely alright constipation is completely normal in motion for 15 days also at a stretch but the child should be comforted so right now there is no problem if your child is pooping once in two days also
