Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr old girl4 years agoA. hi putting dust inside mouth can be pica. It can be due to iron deficiency anemia or normal habit. Healthy nutritious diet is important. Diet rich in green leafy vegetables wil help a lot
