Q.
#AskTheExpert baby is 7 months old and he is going for poop very hard and he has to put lot of efforts each time and poop is small ball ( hard ball) .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it seems that your child is having constipation so I advise to keep your child well hydrated give food items like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like mashed pear , papaya , banana etc avoid introducing new food items for now. keep an eye on your child diet and remove food which causes it
