Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl11 months agoA. hi how you judge that child is not taking enough feeds ? is there a low weight gain , low urine(less than 6 times in a day ) frequency ?? if yes then child might have dehydration kindly contact your pediatrician.
