A. Hi, Water is very important in summer and all other season too. You can give more watery food like suji kheer oats kheer rice kheer dal ka pani, vegetables soups etc. Also you can give jaggery water, coconut water etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year.
