A. Hai good morning !! Avoid using diapers, nappies for two days. Use normal pants and diaper free for a while, change nappy, diaper for every 3-4 hours,pants immediately and clean with unscented wipes or wet cloth dipped in warm water and pat dry completely before putting on other pant/nappy. Apply Coconut oil on rashes and leave for 15-20 minutes . If you observe rashes are spreading then consult Paeditrician.
