shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum baby keeps on changing their skin colour Till the age of 1 year so do not worry just keep the things simple don't make over use of creams and oils to make your baby fair and with time your baby will get good hair growth as well as keep on giving good massage with any of the good hair oil it will improve the blood circulation and ultimately the hair growth
