Q.

#AskTheExpert Baby girl is 10 months old now. From last few days she is having fever around 100F and 101F. It goes and comes back again. we are giving babygesic drops to her. Teething has started from last couple of days. So is it because of teething? there are no other symptoms. Rarely we see running nose when fever is around 101F. Kindly advise.

A. No. teething doesn't lead to high grade fever and 101 is high grade fever. please do not delay any further and visit a pediatrician for proper evaluation of your chil

Q. #asktheexperts My 10 month old son is having fever since last 3 days from August 28th.we are giving him dose of Pacimol 120 5ml every 6 hrs. Everyday the fever comes back in spikes every 6 hrs. The average temperature has been around 100F but since yesterday (31st) the spikes have become earlier than 6 hrs and now temperature is rising to 101F. He is not having a cough. Please suggest is this normal ? In between the spikes he seems normal and plays around.
